Mindstream Yoga is a full service yoga studio in southeast Fort Collins, CO. We offer over 50 classes a week in heated and non-heated flow yoga, traditional hot yoga, yin and restorative yoga, yoga with weights, and group TRX® circuit training. We also offer an extensive list of yoga-related trainings, programs, and workshops regularly, as well as the opportunity to book private or semi-private yoga and TRX® sessions with one of our expert instructors.
