We are a start-up cooperative organization working throughout the East Bay area of northern CA. EB PREC seeks to make land and housing more accessible to community members, particularly the historically disenfranchised, in the face of rampant speculation and rising real estate prices. Our movement is People Of Color (POC)-centered and has a focus on maintaining and creating deeply diverse communities.
