UBDC was founded in 2008 by a small group of Indiana University students with a clear vision to create an organization that would strengthen diversity within the Kelley School of Business. The Undergraduate Business Diversity Council develops future global leaders in the ever-evolving business world. UBDC prides itself on providing the best experience to all of our interested parties: our corporate partners, our members, and our faculty. We engage our members through Speaker Series events, our annual Diversity Career Fair, the National Diversity Case Competition, mentoring, professional workshops, and social activities.
