My Quiet Cave is mental health organization serving the Denver Metroplex, committed to filling the gap that exists between the church and the world of mental health. We began work in Denver in 2012 after seeing a lack of mental health awareness, training, and support in local church congregations and the community at large. At My Quiet Cave, we seek o bridge the gap between the church and the world of mental health by mentoring, educating, resourcing, and modeling. We mentor individuals who have mental health issues, educate local congregations and communities about how to engage with mental health, resource congregations and communities to deal with mental disorders, and model abundant life as people who live well with mental disorders.
