CBGA is a policy think tank that engages in research and advocacy. It analyses public policies and public finances in India, and advocates for greater transparency, accountability and public participation in budget processes. CBGA is a proactive, enabling and learning organisation, which promotes: - transparent and accountable governance; - people's participation in the discourse and processes of governance; and - a pro-people and rights based policy environment, equity and social justice.
