We are former accountants/examiners in the Compliance and Registrant Regulation Branch of the Ontario Securities Commission (OSC). Together, we have been involved in conducting a large number of regulatory compliance reviews for the OSC, including full reviews, focused reviews, new registrant reviews and joint reviews with other jurisdictions. We have also worked on a number of reviews that have led to enforcement action, suspensions or terms and conditions. We have experience across registration categories, and combined we have over 14 years of recent compliance experience at the OSC, as well as financial statement audit experience at big four accounting firms.
