LUANGISA African Gallery was debuted in 1996 in Mount Vernon New York by the Luangisa Clan. The Luangisa Clan is from Bukoba, Tanzania. The Gallery is currently open by appointment only. Our mission is to empower, connect and preserve the African culture and traditions. At the very core of what we do, more than anything we can think of - if we make both artisans and customers happy, we’ve succeeded! We offer a unique selection of Fair Trade Authentic Modern African Art, Crafts, Fashion, Home Décor and Jewelry. Each product we sell is hand made of high quality wood, fabrics and materials with the greatest care.
