Mark Deubel aka Doobles started his career in technology back in 1996 when he joined the Royal Dutch Navy. In 2000 he switched to IT and in 2016 he joined the recruitment world as a Technical Recruiter where he brought with him 20 yrs of engineering, lead, and (Project) management experience. This gave him a unique view on recruitment as we know it and he shares that view and vision with passion.
