The Academic Center for Design and Consultation (Expertise House is one of the performing centers in the field of engineering consultations in Egypt. It has been established since 1987. Since then, ACDC fulfilled consequent achievements that made ACDC one of the precedences on the field. ACDC vision is highlighted in achieving a new modern and unique Egyptian architecture technique. In this regard, ACDC is committed to form an integrated working team that includes a group of professional engineers in all engineering specialties; as well as, an administrative cadre who are up to date with modern, developed, and international techniques; under the chairmanship of dr. Hammad Abdallah Hammad, a Professor at the Faculty of Applied Arts and its ex-dean. Upon reviewing the center's activities since its establishment, you can clearly observe the major developments and achievements which clearly depict ACDC’s abilities to develop architecture, planning and interior design in Egypt where it had won several architectural awards in different competitions. ACDC cooperates with a group of consulting offices specialized in different engineering fields in addition to its partnership with the U.T.P office which is an Italian international consultation organization headed by Dr. George Lombardy and located in Venice-Milan. Moreover, ACDC’s partnership with the TOP office which is a German international consultation organization that specializes in hospitals and health facilities.
