Since 2013, we have been serving our South Central Los Angeles community with opportunities to develop better health. We’ve established access to practices of yoga, mindfulness, restorative justice, education, and viable trainings in wellness trades. Creating a culturally relevant environment that holds a safe place for people to gather, heal and celebrate community. We are led by the people and for the people. Our mission is to create sustainable health equity through individual well-being and community support.
