The architecture studio Punt Estudi d'Arquitectura / Punt Arquitectes was founded by Pedro M. Sánchez Torres and Fermín Aparicio Alcantud in 2004. We consider architecture as a fundamental tool to improve the quality of life of people. The best architecture comes from the understanding of the physical environment, of the cultural, of the dialogue with the client, of the response to the needs of the users, of the economic control of the work, of the daily work and of the ideas as the engine of the project. In our office, we flee from the elaboration of predefined formalities or styles, understanding that each client and each project are different. We believe in the future and, for this reason, we look for an architecture that is responsible for the use of natural resources.
