Associated Builders and Contractors of Georgia (ABC of GA) is a chapter of the national organization, Associated Builders and Contractors. We are a network of over 300 companies, with more than 2,300 individual participants, from Georgia’s commercial and industrial construction markets. Our mission is to provide our members in the Develop/Design/Build community opportunities to build relationships, grow professionally and thrive as a united construction team. To ensure a well-rounded and developed community we include the entire construction team—we are the only industry association to do so! Outside of fostering strong relationships within the A/E/C industry we advocate for a pro-business environment for our members. We do this by supporting free enterprise and open competition as well as advocating for merit shop construction—which emphasizes that construction projects should be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder, based solely on merit.
