Flux Projects

www.fluxprojects.org

Since 2010, Flux Projects has connected community through ambitious, one-of-a-kind public art installations and events, free for all to experience. From compelling video and immersive performances to innovative multimedia and experimental sound art, Flux Projects presents works by exceptional artists and curators that engage Atlanta’s shared public spaces. Placing projects in parks, neighborhoods, historic buildings, and other surprising places, Flux Projects inspires wonder and imagination, transforming the experience of contemporary art for thousands of people each year. Flux Projects gives art the space to transform. In addition to commissioning site responsive works, we present a series of supporting programs to extend audience engagement and provide professional opportunities for artists. These include a Visiting Curator Series, a Flux Exchange incubator series, The Extension podcast, and Flux Films. Flux Projects is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that relies on contributions from individuals, corporations, and foundations to support the development and presentation of our public projects and programming.
