L’esprit was created in June 2015, with a vision to serve families of this community using a caring, therapeutic, and comprehensive approach to mental health care. The idea stemmed from an initiative to expand access of services to local youth, using our local focus to emphasize responsiveness and strong connections, and to rethink possibilities of therapy and mental health. L’esprit is a mental health center that offers children, adolescents and adult psychiatric services, medication management, home support services, case management counseling, mentoring, day treatment and school-based support programs.
