TipClub, Inc. manages 40+ Business-to-Business networking groups across the U.S. We typically search out a mix of all business types to attend these events, with the invites typically sent to C-Level professionals at the company. Our meetings are set-up with a structured format where everyone should be seated first, and then will be given the opportunity to stand and introduce himself or herself, their company, what they do, and who they are interested in connecting with. Every attendee is provided with an Attendee Questionnaire form that will list all the registered attendees on the document. The form is set up with the Company name, First name, Last name, and then there are three columns labeled “may need services”, may have referral” and “want to meet”. As each person is giving their intro, the other attendees in the room will be marking their sheet if they want to connect with that person and at which of the three levels they want to connect with them. This allows every attendee to be seen and heard by all the members and guests, and helps to facilitate better connections in the open network portion at the end of the meeting. We then have what we call the “lightning round” where everyone will have an opportunity to stand up again and identify the people they marked on their sheets that they are interested in connecting. We then adjourn for open networking time so those people that wanted to connect have the opportunity to do so in more depth. Our groups are membership driven, so after the first free visit, if you were interested in ongoing participation it would require a membership. The cost is typically $385, for a 12-month membership commitment In addition to giving each “Premier” member exclusivity within the group, we also give them access to local and national business leads every time they log into our site.
