The Institute of Financial Operations is the umbrella organization comprising four affiliates: • International Accounts Payable Professionals (IAPP) • International Accounts Receivable Professionals (IARP) • National Association of Purchasing and Payables (NAPP) • The Association for Work Process Improvement (TAWPI) The areas of focus traditionally addressed by the affiliates were once viewed as separate "back office" functions, but they are undeniably interconnected in today's business world. Our vision in bringing these organizations under one umbrella in May 2011 was to reflect how critical these interrelated functions are to the success of businesses of all sizes and in all industries. The Institute, headquartered in Orlando, Fla., serves as a global voice, chief advocate, recognized authority, acknowledged leader, and principal educator for people in financial operations around the world. Our products and services are particularly focused on accounts payable, accounts receivable, automation, document management, and procure-to-pay.
