Established in 1968, our founders had a vision of building a better community, and that desire is evident today. Today Midtown is one of the most vibrant and dynamic neighborhoods in the southeast. In 2016 the American Planning Association honored Midtown by recognizing us as one of top five 2016 Great Neighborhoods in the United States. The Midtown Neighbor's Association's mission is to assure that our vibrant and diverse neighborhood becomes an increasingly better community. We strive to develop solutions that improve Midtown's quality of life, to give our neighbors a voice in development and revitalization decisions, to act as the neighborhood's link to government agencies, our elected officials and other communities.
