MISSION: CARR provides access to regulatory compliance documents, and other information about RCFEs located in San Diego and Imperial counties by publishing public documents, lawfully obtained through the CPRA requests from Community Care Licensing and other agencies, about each RCFE in these regions. CARR advocates for meaningful reform to RCFE regulations in California to ensure consistency delivery of quality care to residents, and to assure consistent and rigorous enforcement of the regulations. CARR"s site has informative articles about assisted living in California, links to senior resources, CARR's advocacy and reform platform and much more. CARR has over 15,000 public documents on its site, allowing consumers to research compliance histories on the 700+ RCFEs located in San Diego and Imperial counties.
