Craftsman Properties was initially formed to buy/fix/sell and buy/fix/rent properties in the Cincinnati area. We found that we had a unique ability to source quality deals faster than we could ever renovate the properties, so we began to assist other real estate investors with their businesses. We provide fixed-price assets in Southwest Ohio that are prime candidates for either strategy. With our experience in the industry, we have a group of contractors that we can refer for any type of work needed. We also partner with several lenders who provide loans to investors who are just getting started or who want to expand their business. With down payments of just $10,000 and most loans including all or most of the rehab money needed, our loans provide the capital and flexibility needed to be successful.
