They in turn source this chicken from Canadian farmers, delivering it to our stores fresh throughout the week. Our trained cook’s marinate and hand-bread the chicken in our southern secret recipe and spices in small batches throughout the day to ensure that our chicken is always served fresh just the way our customers want it. When we're cooking we use only Trans fat free Canadian canola oil to cut out unhealthy saturated fats, without sacrificing our southern taste.
