The Academy of Creative Coaching (ACC) is an International Coach Federation (ICF) approved training program that follows the industry’s eleven core competencies and coaching code of ethics to provide our trainees with the tools they need to effectively help others master their own goals and objectives. ACC was founded by Dr. Pamela Larde and Dr. Sonayia Shepherd in 2013 with the vision to develop a program with the quality of an academic program and the self-development experience of a series of coaching sessions.
