Our senior consultants, all with experience of 20 years or more, are specialists in: program and project management (direction) using PMBOK, PRINCEII and Agile methodologies; transport planning and public transport patronage modelling using our own proprietary modelling software (MARCO and MARCO-TT) as well as managing modelling by the public agencies using the Strategic Travel Model (STM) and Public Transport Project Model (PTPM); community/stakeholder engagement and facilitation of workshops; health care management; and transport infrastructure planning and delivery, particularly in public transport (rail and bus rapid transit. GM Consult has a 14-year track record of providing transport planning, health care management, transport planning and project and program management services to the NSW Government and private sector. Our proprietary Program Management Office software (PM Office) runs on the Microsoft SharePoint platform and has previously been employed by NSW Roads and Maritime Services (WestConnex Project) and Transport for NSW (TSS PMO). We also offer our PM Office to re-sellers as a value add product to their program management service offerings. Our MARCO software developed is a detailed trip assignment model based on assigning demand to services rather than links. It incorporates a detailed modelling of train crowding and its valuation. It has been applied successfully at the business case stage of major project development for severalpublic transport projects in NSW.
