Zacaria was founded in Romania, Sibiu in 2008, as a real estate company, by Alf Mizzi and Sons Overseas Investments Ltd. (AMSOI) and managed by Jonathan Scifo Diamantino. Although it started as a Sibiu based company, it expanded to Bucharest, Arad, Oradea, Alba Iulia and Craiova. The group is formed of 12 different companies, covering projects such as residential housing, apartaments and renting space in our logistics parks.
