With humble beginnings in 2007, CCC has grown from a three-person firm to an operation with more than 30 professionals delivering planning and construction consulting services for commercial and public buildings including healthcare facilities, residential units, parks, community centers, educational facilities including K-12 schools, universities, libraries and other learning centers as well as transportation infrastructure including roadways, bridges, transit facilities, railway and aviation infrastructure. CCC is an African-American owned and certified Minority Owned/ Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (D/MBE) with leadership representing more than 100 years of construction and management experience. CCC is also prequalified by the State of Illinois and Cook County for construction management and IDOT for construction inspection as well as LEED AP certified for new construction. CCC has consistently delivered high quality construction consulting services on a range of vertical and horizontal projects from concept to closeout. We focus on delivering value in all phases of the project life cycle by controlling cost, time, quality and scope to ensure the on-time, on budget successful completion of projects. We do this by maintaining a crossed-trained staff with a diverse range of project experience in our core service areas: estimating, scheduling, risk assessment, property assessment, design review, constructability review, construction project management and construction program management.
