alurays_ designs, develops and produces long lasting maintenance-free linear LED based aluminum lighting products. Depending the application they offer polycarbonate diffuser profiles or the water and dust proof fully encapsulated version with protection grades up to IP68. All aluminum profiles are silver anodized. alurays_ profiles are always manufactured just in time and exactly to the desired length. They may be used indoor or outdoor for recessed, pendent, surface mounted or in round (walk on approved, no drive over) installation. Polycarbonate diffuser profiles as well as the encapsulation resin are available either in opal matt white, which creates a totally homogenous, dotless surface or in a clear transparent version, which leads to maximum light output and efficacy. Versions with secondary optics collimating the beam provide a light distribution from narrow spot to medium and flood, as well as elliptical and asymmetric. alurays_ products are proudly produced in Munich/Germany under strict quality control including in-house light measuring lab, thermal and IP-protection grade measuring equipment.
