Home to over 500 REALTORS® and 200 affiliates, ICAAR was formed on October 31, 1941 and continues its rich history of aiding REALTORS® in the Greater Iowa City area. The main office hosts a variety of committees that meet to raise awareness of the association and look for opportunities to get involved in the community. We work with our affiliates, local government officials, and leaders of other Iowa City businesses to strengthen the community atmosphere and give buyers and sellers the best marketing opportunities to succeed.
