We supply the tastiest, most nutritious, sustainably produced food to people who are in crisis or are vulnerable. Our volunteers collect surplus and donated sustainably produced food directly farmer's fields, local producers and wholesalers, then in collaboration with local charities and councils, we make and deliver fresh food boxes, recipe boxes and easy eating boxes for people who are too frail to cook. We also supply food banks with fresh produce across South Devon. Outside of pandemic times, we run two award winning community pay what you feel lunch cafes and a variety of different workshops themed around how to reduce food waste and make the most of the food you buy. Food in Community is a member of the Independent Food Aid Network, working to end food insecurity across the UK. We are Social Enterprise UK's Transformative Community Business of the Year 2018
