Our core ‘Why’ here at Momentum Performance Coaching is to help business owners create outstanding results in their own currency. We love nothing more than meeting business owners who are committed to creating year on year double digit growth and possess the attitude, and tenacity to make it happen. Some people see having a business coach as a weakness. It appears to the outside world that they don’t know what they are doing. Nothing could be further from the truth. Name any great sports team or individual that doesn’t have a great coach in the background providing strategy, motivation, guidance, support ideas, tactics and the occasional size 9 😊. Same thing applies in business yet only a savvy few business owners choose to have a coach. Sadly, that means that those who don’t rarely reach their business goals. As business coaches we have a tremendous responsibility in the business community because the effect we can have on people’s businesses and the knock-on effect that has on peoples lives is huge, as yet I have been unable to find another profession that can have such a profound effect in such a small amount of time.
