MyTeamPlanning Tool (mytpt)
www.mytpt.workmytpt in your new place, where ... ... all necessary roles, teams and connections are built and developed ... everything you discuss about who does what is always fixed ... every team member can check what is expected from them at all times mytpt makes sense, because ... Until now companies do job descriptions for the add on Monster and LinkedIn and then maybe it becomes part of the contract. But what people actually do in their day-to-day is very often something completely different and keeps on changing during year-long change processes. There has never been a place where to write all these things down that come up and are clarified in the day-to-day, so that the job descriptions actually reflect our expectations towards our colleagues. Yes, there are old org charts (mostly in Powerpoint, maybe even in Miro), but as soon as something changes, no one knows where to write that down so that the people concerned can be sure from now on who is responsible for what. Moreover: Roles are so inter-linked in modern organizations, that a simple Miro board or Excel file is just not enough to match the complexity of the new flexibility. One person today fills several roles, is member in different teams with these roles and is also responsible for some specific aspects of your business (product owner, head of X, website admin, main contact for A, etc.)., How DO you write something like this down? Well, in mytpt, of course ;)
