Our management consulting business focus areas can be broadly grouped under four categories: Finance related, strategy related, improving operational efficiency and organization related. The private equity business unit primarily raises capital from equity and debt providers and directs them into deserving companies. Octave does not have a captive funds and therefore raises funding on a transaction-by-transaction basis. We have access to both high net worth individuals and institutional investors within the country and internationally. The private equity unit often incubates start-ups and works with entrepreneurs to develop ideas and turn them into sustainable businesses.
