Symbior Energy is an incubator of energy companies focusing on emerging markets. We transform energy projects in emerging markets into proven early-stage operating companies that fit in the comfort zone required by private equity to deploy their capital. We are active in the entire energy architecture. We select projects based on their superior returns on investment, their response to the needs and realities of emerging markets and for their ability to promote long term economic growth stability. We call Sustainable Energy Solutions the projects that become startups, which we mature toward independence using a standardized process. Launched in 2010 and based in Hong Kong, Symbior Energy today has also offices in Bangkok, Beijing, Shanghai. Our group headcount is over 80 people. We are on the look-out for talent, funds and ideas to accelerate the development of our leadership position.
