Cocoon is a community supporting women to enter and thrive in the European startup ecosystem. Cocoon offers two initiatives: 1. Caterpillar Batches A Caterpillar batch is a curated cohort made up of 8-10 women interning at startups in Berlin. Over the course of 8 weeks, interns have the chance to connect with other interns in their batch forming a support system, sharing their startup experiences, asking all the ‘silly’ questions, and attending expert speaker talks and workshops with startup operators. 2. Startup Education Hub The Startup Education Hub covers the A-Z of what a startup is, how startups are funded, the different roles in a startup, how to ace a startup internship, what skills to build, and much much more!
