MediUpSkill, an initiative of Centre for Disaster & Emergency Preparedness (CDEP) and Touchlife Foundation Trust, together have the experience of training hundreds of Medical Students, Doctors and Senior Medical Administrative Staff on various subjects designed for Hospital Management, Disaster Preparation and employability skills for Medical Students. These courses and fellowship programs will help the doctors, healthcare workers and students to orient themselves to their future plans and professional choices, also prepare them to crack the Corporate Medical Job interviews and finally be invaluable resources for their companies. The courses are based on applicability, practical experience and case studies and are different from their standard and prescribed course contents. Last but not the least, the courses are built to motivate them and build a character for themselves around their career choice in any medical field. Our mission is to prepare our country to master Hospital Disaster Risk Management. After the COVID-19 outbreak, the understanding of the need of these courses have become imperative to our society.
