AV architects Ltd was founded in 2010 by the architects Estibaliz Buesa Diaz and Neil Edwards, following several years working in award winning practices in England, Ireland and Spain. The design philosophy of AV Architects is to strive for excellence and create buildings and spaces of consistent high quality. We work closely with our clients to produce imaginative and cost effective solution to fulfil the objectives set by the clients brief. Our approach to a commission is to carefully analyse the problem and present a solution which solves the users immediate and future requirements, a sustainable development of the clients needs aligned with the projects cost targets. All schemes are carefully studied at design and detail stage to produce a building that has an acceptable level of maintenance and energy consumption.
