Running in parks across Yorkshire, Outdoor Fitness offers a great way of getting fit, toning up and losing weight whilst having fun and fresh air outdoors. Our training sessions incorporate both strength and cardiovascular work, with a range of exercises that will workout the whole body such as press ups, pull ups, squats, sit ups, tuck jumps, shuttle runs, sprints, star jumps and body combat techniques, to name a few. Our training philosophy is 'the world is a gym' – therefore we aren't limited by conventional boundaries and no fancy gym equipment is needed except for what nature provides. We ensure that we truly workout the whole body every session including the heart, muscles and the mind. Our experienced instructors will encourage and motivate you all the way to push the boundaries and get the most out of each and every workout session. Training is fun, sociable and aimed at people of all levels of fitness and all ages. Training session take place outdoors in parks throughout Yorkshire. Each session lasts for an hour, starting with a full warm up and ending with a warm down and stretch to avoid injuries.
