Our engineering staff is capable of designing control systems to meet virtually every need. While the majority of the company’s industrial control and drive business comes from the south-central United States (oilfield and aggregate industries); our products are sold throughout the continental U.S. under the brand name of Pump Master. The vast majority of these products are VFD control panels that are designed for outdoor use. Pump Master drive systems range in design from simple to highly-sophisticated. Our microprocessor-based controllers provide intelligence that the drives themselves do not possess. These features include external analog and digital I/O, remote communications, data logging and complex pump-off algorithms. In the air and gas compression industries, AID has developed a PLC-based controller that can be used with across-the-line starters or VFDs. The controller has successfully completed field testing and has been praised for its flexibility and simplicity of operation.
