Starting with traditional fibres such as standard Synthetics, Wool, Silk, Cashmere to high performance fibers such as; Para-aramid, Meta-aramid, Preox, Carbon fibre, PBO, PBI, P84, PPS, PTFE, Anti-stat, Acrylic, UHMWPE and many other technical fibres in recycled fibers, staple fibers, filament & spun yarns. With over 120 years of experience in recycling textiles, Davy Textiles Ltd has adapted and implemented different processes over time. Today, we have a wide variety of processes at our disposal; opening, cutting, scouring, garnetting, carding and random cutting facilities’ for virtually any fibre and we also undertake precision cutting of tops and tow. Alongside this we also have facilities for crimping and cutting lines for the production of synthetic staple fibres. This enables Davy Textiles Ltd to have the flexibility to react to varying requests from our customers. Davy Textiles Ltd is involved in both the buying and onward sale of fibres and wastes, selling much of its production to customers worldwide in over 50 countries.
