You still have to care for it, feed it and make sure it doesn't bite anyone. That takes time and resources. We advise clients to focus on the most effective social media channels that work for them, stick to a content-driven model and remember that it's social and not sales-driven. * EARNED MEDIA (Getting in the News) Media Relations is all about the Three Cs - Content, Contacts and Creativity.
