Freeze Food Development Co., Ltd. (FFD) was established for the purpose of manufacturing and delivering globally delicious frozen food (cook freeze food). We develop innovative special refrigeration technology and desalting technology (DeSalt™) based on research and development of FOOD × TECH × HEALTHCARE and contribute to solving problems in the food and beverage industry such as food loss and labor shortage. In addition, by working on research and development of individualized foods according to genetic information and health condition, we aim to develop "meals beyond meals“ as a substitute for medicine for health and prevention (Food Medicine). It is the social responsibility of FFD to deliver “JOY” and “HAPPYNESS” beyond the boundaries of the world through food and drink.
