A membership organization, was founded in 2011. It is initiated in the UK, and established in Hong Kong, where the headquarter office is located in. IEACI designated for the betterment of education on creative industries worldwide. Whilst, IEACI has been promoting the international exchange between western and eastern cultures for years. As a membership organization, IEACI provides institutional membership and individual membership categories. Institutional membership, includes departments of art, design, and interdisciplinary in colleges and universities, art schools, museums, libraries, and professional and commercial organizations related to creative industries, which mainly come from North American, Europe, Australia, and Asia. For individual membership, IEACI would like to invite all individuals with an interest in art and design teaching, as well as, research of and about creative industries, whether by vocation or avocation.
