The origin of the iGUANEYE footwear goes back to the lives of the early Amazonian peoples. They would protect their feet by soaking them in the sap from a rubber tree and then smoke them in a fireplace. This second skin allowed them to run freely in the jungle, jump and dance on the ground. iGUANEYE have adapted this tribal practice with modern technology to enable breathability, protection and mobility.
