BlueCube Bio is a dynamic startup organization offering fit-for-purpose cryopreservation products and services to academic biologists and cell therapy companies. We are a Delaware S corp founded in June 2020, based on the cutting-edge scientific innovations from Prof. Allison Hubel's Biopreservation Core Resource, University of Minnesota. Inspired by how trees survive Minnesota, BlueCube Bio products are each formulated to optimize the post-thaw survival and performance of its target cell type, so that you don't have to compromise in cryopreservation and its surrounding processes. Our DMSO-free formulations contain only generally-recognized-as-safe ingredients, aimed to de-risk the banking of your cells and ultimately improve the patient experience in cell therapy. The first product, mCube, is designed for the DMSO-free cryopreservation of mesenchymal stromal cells (MSCs). It activates the epigenetic cryoprotective markers and prevents the cytoskeletal damages commonly caused by DMSO. This, in turn, improves not only the post-thaw recovery of MSCs and the cell adhesion but also their cell stability in the cryopreservation media during the non-cryopreserved steps. In addition to mCube, BlueCube Bio offers iCube for pluripotent stem cells. Our research and development team is working on both nkCube for natural killer cells and tCube for T cells. We are in continuous R&D, accelerated by a proprietary platform of investigational technologies, to create new cryopreservation products that meet the needs of this rapidly evolving cell-based research and therapeutic industry. To get scientific support for your cryopreservation work, contact us at team@bluecubebio.com. To learn more about BlueCube Bio, visit our website: www.bluecubebio.com.
