Terry Lee Newton is the founder of The Coaching Platform. This platform allows for collaboration with fellow coaches, mentors and consultants, offering constant alignment to the needs of the client. Her 32 years within the corporate environment, working across various facets of business, provided the platform for Terry to develop individuals and work across dynamic teams. As an executive, she ran a R3 billion division, with a workforce in excess of 2 000 staff. Her entrepreneurial spirit has resulted in the founding of numerous successful small businesses. In corporate, Terry has been actively involved in building the leadership capacity of teams across the country. She has designed and facilitated numerous programs and has acted as a mentor, advisor, and consultant within large corporate and small start-up businesses. Since leaving corporate, Terry has mentored and coached individuals and teams in terms of their self-discovery with the Enneagram, as well as one-on-one coaching of executives and senior business leaders.
