Therefore, all LETZ SUSHI restaurants offer sustainable sushi made with certified fish, organic rice from our European rice farmer and clean produce of the best quality with great attention to animal welfare. Our packaging is made with focus on energy recovery and consist of 80 % recycled plastic. Our chopsticks are made from FSC-certified bamboo to ensure a sustainable production. And the list goes on. We are on mission to make our purchases and production 100 % sustainable by 2020 and to help us navigate this journey we work closely with WWF – World Wildlife Foundation. WWF help us validate our certifications and to promote sustainable fish – e.g. via local initiatives for tuna fishing in Asia. But that's not all. We have a strong partnership with Plan BØRNEfonden. Together we teach children in our local communities about nutrition and sustainability.
