Submit your stories. We need to step out of our comfort zone. We need to educate ourselves. I think it's important to talk about our imperfections, our struggles, our opinions, and our journey. It is so easy for society to label our imperfections as detriments. The stigma surrounding mental health is real folks. This magazine is devoted to sharing “hard to hear” stories, surrounding a variety of topics. Some of the stories will leave you inspired, while others may leave you feeling a different emotion. I can’t predict that. What I do know is that these stories are incredible. They are what we should be paying attention to. While some of the monthly issues are heavier, some will be more light hearted. None of them will be easy or comfortable to read. They are hear to teach you. We want to cover controversial issues. We want to dive into the conversation surrounding mental health.
