PAZ (which in Spanish means 'peace') is a talent program designed to promote the talent of forcibly displaced professionals in Europe. We are aware that there are many talented individuals within the refugee community which is why we have decided to invest in them. PAZ's goal is to increase the number of refugee professionals working in highly skilled roles for European companies. To this end, our program offers personalized training aimed at empowering and adapting the experiences and knowledge of our fellows to the needs of the European market. PAZ Fellows are chosen through a very competitive selection process for demonstrating significant talent and differential value. The fellows go through a 12 week immersive professional development program where they get to learn and work with the best professionals in order to adapt their experiences and knowledge to the needs of the  digital and technological European needs. In addition, we have a network of mentors, professionals working in the sector in which the fellows want to join, and partner companies willing to support the career development of our fellows.
