Launched in 2019, Ekoa Brands is on a mission to empower people to make healthier choices by offering snacks made with natural ingredients that are nutrient dense and delicious. Our first product line, Ekoa Natural Fruit Bars, are healthy snacks for kids, adults, healthy-conscious consumers or anyone who just enjoys the convenience of natural snacks on-the-go. Our ‘discover simple’ campaign aims to change how people have been influenced by the food industry: more than just calories or fitness goals, people should enjoy what they eat and rediscover the richness of simple ingredients. Our core values are the source of our product development: Simplicity, Engagement, and Positivity. INCLUSIVE DELICIOUSNESS At Ekoa, we believe everyone should be able to enjoy delicious foods. This is what drove our R&D team in the quest of making vegan, natural, minimally processed, plant-based, allergen-friendly, nutrient dense, gluten-free, grain-free snacks that are loved by all generations. GIVING BACK The name Ekoa was inspired by the word Ecology, which studies the interactions among organisms and their environment. Oikos, which means house in Greek, is the main essence of our beings, where we exist: our minds, our bodies, our community, our world. We care deeply about our environment and for this reason we have committed to planting one tree for each box of product sold on our website in partnership with One Tree Planted, a nonprofit dedicated to global reforestation. They plant trees to restore nature and biodiversity. They also raise awareness about the importance of trees, offer businesses like ours a simple sustainability solution, and motivate younger generations to do something positive for the environment.
