Not the one you’re thinking of however, it is a pandemic of ill health resulting in exploding rates of obesity, diabetes, cancer, heart disease, Alzheimer’s, and other chronic diseases. Don't be a statistic, treat your body better than you treat your car. A 2018 found only 1 in 8 Americans are healthy. This means a stunning 88% of Americans are at greater risk of developing chronic diseases as they age. This is one of the reasons the Covid-19 pandemic hit America and the rest of the developed world so hard. My mission is to help clients take charge of their own health. We start by finding out where a client is in terms of overall health and where they are headed if no changes are made. Next, we look to find a powerful why. As German philosopher Friedrich Nietzsche said, “He who has a why to live for, can bear almost any how.” The goal, however, is to make lifestyle changes, that are not only bearable but enjoyable and sustainable for a lifetime; that is to develop daily habits that improve health. I can help you: ► Find the best diet for your genetics and preferences. ► Manage stress effectively. ► Develop a time efficient exercise program you can stick to. ► Sleep better.
