Studio Prosperetti e associati is a boutique firm specializing in mainly two areas: the traditional focus of the Firm is labour and pension law and, since 2001, the new field of Telecom, Media and Tecnology Law (TMT). The Firm is chaired by Prof. Giulio Prosperetti, tenure professor of labour law in Rome Tor Vergata University Law School and head of the labour law practice. The TMT group is headed by Eugenio Prosperetti, adjunct professor of Competition Law & Policy in the University of Siena and of Business Models for Informations Technology in the Department of Engineering of Rome's Sapienza University. A group of 12 experienced professionals works within the Firm enabling the Firm to deliver advice on complex matters which require in-depth analysis in its areas of expertise. Clients of the Firm include pension funds, multinational groups, mobile virtual operators, tv broadcasters, political parties, over the top tv operators, national franchise retailers, software manufacturers, value added services operators and company executives.
