Katherine K. Henderson, AICP, LEED-AP is an urban planner who specializes in advancing complex planning and development projects. Over the past decade, Katherine has implemented progressive design and policy in real-world settings, emphasizing the business case and financial aspects of sustainable development. Her experience covers a wide range of related disciples, including land use planning, infrastructure finance, green building (LEED), brownfield redevelopment, environmental science and sustainability planning for institutions. Katherine is also an Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Department of Urban & Regional Planning at the University of Florida, where she originated her course “The Business of Sustainable Development."
